Product Manager

Yara is building an AI-powered platform for finding work and connecting talent with companies. The Product Manager will own product execution across areas ranging from early-stage product development to growth and platform ownership, using data, experimentation, and close collaboration with engineering to ship and measure impactful products.

Responsibilities:

• You write your own SQL. Waiting a week on an analyst is not how you work
• You've owned a metric rather than a feature list, and you can say what moved it
• You close the loop every time: hypothesis, spec, instrumentation, launch, result
• You sit close to engineering, and your specs get built without a second round of questions
• You've worked on technical or AI products, or you're ready to
• 3+ years in product management with real execution ownership
• SQL you use daily: CTEs, window functions, cohort and funnel analysis
• Experiment design, and the discipline to call a result honestly when it's flat
• Written specs an engineer can build from without a meeting
• A shipped product you can walk through end to end, including the parts that failed
