Business Systems Staff Analyst

The company is confidential and is seeking a Business Systems Staff Analyst for a three-month contract role. The position supports IT solutions and large IT projects, including business requirements gathering, data and application integration, project coordination, and collaboration with business and technical teams.

Requirements:

• 8+ years relevant experience + Bachelor's
• 10+ years + Associate's
• 12+ years + HS Diploma
• 4+ years formal ITSM, PMLC, and SDLC experience
• Experience supporting IT solutions and large IT projects
• Strong business requirements gathering/documentation
• Experience with data/application integration, data modeling, data governance, and data querying
• Experience coordinating small–medium IT projects through full PMLC (initiation, planning, execution, closure)
• Strong understanding of ITSM, PMLC & SDLC
• Experience working with both business and technical teams
• Strong communication, interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working remotely with geographically distributed teams
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Knowledge of IT security policies and protecting information assets
