Senior Project Manager with Digital Integrations with eCommerce and Retail background(Remote)

LTM is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead digital integration programs involving eCommerce and SAP applications. The role is responsible for managing large transformation and application development programs, distributed teams, requirements, budgets, governance, risks, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall program with strong attention to strategy implementation and delegation
• Lead Digital programs Integrations with eCommerce and SAP applications large global distributed teams
• Handle large digital transformation and Integration programs and App development
• Lead and manage teams with partner agencies and globally distributed virtual teams
• Plan facilitate elicit document and manage business functional and technical requirements
• Play customer facing roles and handle senior customer stakeholders independently
• Understand customer needs stated and unstated and consult provide possible alternatives
• Analyze evaluate and overcome program risks and produce program reports for management and stakeholders
• Schedule and manage tasks effectively
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Work with and influence senior client stakeholder conversations
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and service effectively coordinating the support operations
• Manage program and project teams for optimal ROI and coordinate and delegate crossproject initiatives
• Identify key requirements needed from crossfunctional teams and external vendor
• Develop and manage budget for projects and deliver established business goals objectives
• Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects
• Stay up to date on latest trends in eCommerce digital marketing data analytics and aware of areas like CRM Campaigns Supply chain logistics and finance

Requirements:

• 12 years experience in information technology digital technologies
• Experience in handling large digital transformation and Integration programs and App development
• Experience in leading and managing teams with partner agencies and globally distributed virtual teams
• Extensive experience planning facilitating eliciting documenting and managing business functional and technical requirements
• Experienced in Agile Scrum ways of working
• Played customer facing roles and sound experience in handling senior customer stakeholders independently
• Strong customer focus expertise in understanding customer needs stated and unstated and being able to consult provide possible alternatives
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively
• Experience in working with and influencing senior client stakeholder conversations
• Upto date on latest trends in eCommerce digital marketing data analytics and aware of areas like CRM Campaigns Supply chain logistics and finance
