Job Title: Business Analyst with Varicent
Location: Plano, TX

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in system operations, data processing, business support, or related fields.
Ability to work on-site in Plano, Texas alongside business users.
Hands-on experience with Varicent or similar incentive/commission management systems.
Proficiency with Alteryx Designer for data transformation and workflow automation.
Understanding of enterprise data pipelines and platforms (DataHub or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical business users.
Ability to collaborate with external vendors and cross-functional teams.
English proficiency for communication with global stakeholders
