Site Project Manager

John Charles Search is recruiting for an unnamed leading provider of warehouse storage and material handling solutions. The Site Project Manager will manage projects from initial planning through installation and completion, overseeing site activities, coordination, progress, and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day project and site activities
• Coordinate teams, contractors, materials, and schedules
• Review project plans and technical documentation
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and budgets
• Support problem-solving and ensure project requirements are met
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Prepare project updates and reports
• Provide general technical and operational support

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in project or site operations
• Ability to understand technical information and documentation
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with standard office software
• Reliable, professional, and results-oriented approach
• Valid driver's license
• experience within the Material Handling & Warehouse Solutions industry is essential
