Affiliate Marketing Manager

Clique Affiliate Marketing is a performance marketing agency that builds and scales affiliate programs for ecommerce brands and retailers. The Affiliate Marketing Manager will own the day-to-day management and strategy of multiple ecommerce affiliate programs, driving revenue growth, publisher partnerships, client strategy, performance analysis, and operational execution.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to grow affiliate revenue, acquire new customers, and improve program performance
• Recruit, activate, and optimize affiliate publishers and partnerships
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
• Turn data and insights into actionable recommendations for clients
• Develop promotional, publisher, and commission strategies
• Lead client onboarding, meetings, performance reviews, and strategic conversations
• Build strong relationships with clients, publishers, affiliate networks, and technology partners
• Manage affiliate platforms, tracking, product catalogs, offers, commissions, and reporting
• Troubleshoot platform, tracking, and operational issues
• Coordinate projects internally and ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve the programs you manage

Requirements:

• • Hands-on experience managing ecommerce affiliate programs
• • Hands-on working experience with Impact, AvantLink, and Rakuten Advertising
• • Experience with publisher recruitment, optimization, reporting, offers, commissions, links, and promotional activity
• • Client-facing experience and confidence communicating directly with clients
• • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• • Ability to work independently and remain accountable in a remote environment
• • Strong understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing
• • Authorization to work and reside in the United States
• Agency experience, affiliate platform certifications, and experience with additional affiliate networks are a plus
