Digital Marketing Manager

Marketri is a fractional marketing consultancy that helps mid-sized B2B professional services firms build and execute strategic marketing programs. The Digital Marketing Manager will own the marketing technology side of client engagements, administer HubSpot, execute full-funnel campaigns, manage projects, and identify opportunities for AI and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and optimize client HubSpot portals: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, properties, lists, and custom objects
• Build marketing automation and nurture programs that connect marketing activity to pipeline
• Lead HubSpot implementations, audits, migrations, and integrations (including Salesforce sync)
• Build reporting and dashboards in HubSpot, Looker Studio, and Databox that tie activity to revenue
• Identify opportunities to bring AI and automation into client and internal workflows
• Execute full-funnel campaigns across multiple client accounts, including email, landing pages, and website updates
• Coordinate paid media and social with subcontractors and vendors
• Create short-form campaign content and support webinar and event promotion
• Conduct digital audits, competitor reviews, and marketing technology evaluations for new and existing clients
• Manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables in Teamwork
• Keep internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors aligned and on schedule

Requirements:

• 7+ years of marketing experience, including 4+ years in B2B
• Deep, hands-on HubSpot expertise (super admin level), with current certifications
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts at once
• Broad digital execution skills across email, landing pages, WordPress, and campaign coordination
• Working knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz) and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Databox)
• Comfort with integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Salesforce)
• Active use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and curiosity about where AI fits in marketing
• Strong project management skills in Teamwork, Asana, or Monday.com
• Self-starter who ramps quickly and communicates clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Agency, consulting, or HubSpot Solutions Partner experience strongly preferred
• API experience a plus
