Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Principal Consultant with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and implementation. The candidate should have a good combination of business process knowledge and techno-functional skills, along with strong experience in solution architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support O2C implementation projects.
Understand and analyze end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
Work with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Design scalable and effective solution architectures.
Provide techno-functional guidance across O2C processes.
Identify process improvements and recommend appropriate solutions.
Coordinate with technical and functional teams during implementation.
Support solution design, testing, deployment, and production activities.
Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
Prepare solution design and technical documentation.
Required Skills:
Strong experience in O2C implementation.
Excellent understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
Strong techno-functional knowledge.
Good experience in solution architecture and solution design.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work closely with business and technical teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in the PST time zone.
