Epic HB Project Manager

Hatch Pros Inc. is seeking an Epic HB Project Manager to support Hospital Billing and Revenue Cycle initiatives. The role will coordinate project administration, scheduling, status reporting, claims testing, and cross-functional work to keep projects on track while enabling analysts to focus on build and testing.

Responsibilities:

• Own meeting scheduling, status reporting, and administrative coordination for HB projects, using the client's established PMO templates and standards
• Help keep HB projects on track toward the end of December launch target
• Partner closely with the Hospital Billing manager to prioritize and sequence work given current team capacity
• Coordinate claims testing and related cross-functional involvement tied to active projects
• Free up HB analysts currently absorbing administrative and coordination work so they can return to build and testing

Requirements:

• Strong, proven project management fundamentals
• Familiarity with Hospital Billing terminology and workflows is required, this is a dedicated role, not a general PM pool assignment
• Prior experience with an Epic modernization, refuel, or comparable large enterprise initiative
• Comfortable owning meeting scheduling, status reporting, and administrative coordination so analysts can focus on build and testing
• Must be based in the United States
• Formal Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification is a plus but not required
• deep familiarity with terminology and workflow matters most
• Experience supporting a Revenue Cycle organization specifically
• Experience helping a short-staffed team maintain project momentum during a hiring ramp-up period
