Data Migration Project Manager

RLDatix is a healthcare technology company focused on improving patient safety and care delivery through its Healthcare Operations Platform. The Data Migration Project Manager will independently lead complex healthcare data migration engagements, managing scope, timelines, risks, stakeholder communications, cross-functional coordination, and delivery readiness to achieve successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Managing healthcare data migration projects to ensure successful delivery within approved scope, timelines, and Statements of Work
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and project activities in order to maintain alignment on priorities, dependencies, and project readiness
• Leading client communications, project meetings, and status reporting to drive stakeholder engagement and informed decision-making
• Monitoring project risks, scope changes, decisions, and validation readiness in order to proactively identify issues and support successful project outcomes
• Developing project plans, documentation, and process improvements to promote delivery consistency, operational excellence, and client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in project management within healthcare technology, professional services, consulting, software implementation, or a related technical environment
• Proven success in managing complex client-facing projects involving multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and critical delivery milestones
• In-depth knowledge of project planning, scope management, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and project delivery methodologies
• Ability to work remotely within the United States or from our Burlington, VT, Boston, MA, or Chicago, IL offices, with occasional travel as needed
• Go live support on weekends and in the evening is required occasionally
• Sincere interest in healthcare technology and helping healthcare organizations improve outcomes through successful technology adoption and data management initiatives
• A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams while independently maintaining accountability for project execution and results
