Civil Engineer (Data Centers)

EPC Project Management Consulting, LLC is a project management consulting firm. The company is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support hyperscale data center projects through site feasibility, design, permitting, and construction. The role involves coordinating civil and multidisciplinary teams, reviewing technical documents, and addressing design and field issues.

Responsibilities:

• Provide civil engineering support for hyperscale data center projects
• Review and coordinate grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, roadways, and site infrastructure
• Review civil drawings, specifications, calculations, RFIs, and submittals
• Coordinate with civil, structural, MEP, architectural, geotechnical, and construction teams
• Support projects from site feasibility and design through permitting and construction
• Identify design, constructability, and site-development risks
• Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and construction coordination
• Support permitting, contractor coordination, and resolution of field issues
• Come up with 30/60/90 design packages

Requirements:

• • 5–10+ years of civil engineering experience , preferably in data centers, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or large commercial projects
• • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• • Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, stormwater, utilities, earthwork, and site development
• • Proficiency with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam or similar tools
• • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams
• • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• • PE license preferred
• • Data center or hyperscale experience strongly preferred
