Project Manager REMOTE

E-Logic, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a government contract supporting the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology. The role provides overall management and oversight of contractor personnel supporting the Project Management Resource Tool program, including contract performance, stakeholder coordination, cost and schedule tracking, quality management, risk mitigation, and deliverable oversight.

Responsibilities:

• The Project Manager serves as the single accountable manager for all task order performance, ensuring disciplined execution of approved plans, schedules, and governance processes
• This position acts as the primary interface with government stakeholders, including the GSA AAS COR, ASA(ALT) TPOC, and other program authorities, and directs and coordinates cross-functional contractor teams operating across multiple locations
• Regular status briefings are provided to Government leadership on cost, schedule, performance, and risk, with a focus on timely communication, issue escalation, and resolution in support of Government decision-making
• Contract and performance oversight includes managing and overseeing all activities performed by contractor personnel and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all Performance Work Statement requirements and deliverables
• The Project Manager develops and implements Transition-In and Transition-Out plans, coordinates the Project Kick-Off Meeting and bi-weekly Technical Status Meetings, and prepares Monthly Status Reports including risk registers and performance metrics
• Additionally, this role maintains visibility into accumulated and projected costs, invoiced amounts, and labor utilization
• Quality and risk management responsibilities include administering quality management in accordance with the approved Quality Control Plan, managing risk registers, implementing corrective actions as required, ensuring all deliverables meet Section 508 compliance requirements, and overseeing personnel leave/absence planning and replacement procedures
• Key deliverables include Monthly Status Reports due by the 10th business day of each month, Project Kick-Off Meeting coordination and minutes, Transition-In and Transition-Out Plans, Technical Status Meeting minutes, a Quality Control Plan, and a Personnel Leave/Absent Plan

Requirements:

• The Project Manager must be a U.S. citizen with a current active Secret security clearance and possess a current project or program management certification such as PMP or PgMP
• This position requires a minimum of five years of recent experience managing programs or supporting DoD financial systems of comparable size, scope, and complexity within the last seven years
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process is essential, along with hands-on experience with GFEBS and other defense business and accounting systems
• The Project Manager must also maintain CMMC Level 1 status
• The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of leading cross-functional teams and communicating effectively with senior government leadership
• Strong judgment and the ability to make independent decisions to accomplish goals are essential
• Core hours are 0900 to 1600 Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
• This position may be performed from anywhere CONUS, provided the candidate is readily available during core hours for on-demand support, status reporting, and issue resolution
