Title: OnBase Technical Lead
Location: Remote – occasional travel to Harrisburg, PA 17120
Work Mode: Remote
Duration: 3 Months
 
Job Summary
Seeking an OnBase Technical Lead with strong expertise in OnBase WorkView and Workflow to lead application development, design, coding, configuration, troubleshooting, and testing. Requires experience enhancing existing OnBase applications, systems configuration/administration, Unity Client, and technical leadership throughout the application development lifecycle.
 
Required Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.
• Experience developing and enhancing existing OnBase applications.
• Expert knowledge of OnBase WorkView and Workflow functionality.
• Expert knowledge of OnBase systems configuration and administration.
• Understanding of Unity Client and its use with OnBase applications.

 
Preferred Qualifications

• OnBase WorkView certification.
• OnBase Workflow certification.

 
Responsibilities

• Lead the development group in designing, coding, and implementing OnBase application enhancements.
• Architect and optimize OnBase WorkView and Workflow solutions.
• Configure, develop, and maintain WorkView applications and Workflow processes.
• Plan and deploy interface, process, and workflow strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Guide requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing.
• Provide technical direction and hands-on leadership.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and develop design specifications.
• Participate in application design, development, coding, unit testing, and debugging.
• Provide testing guidance and ensure quality standards.
• Communicate status updates to team members and management.
• Identify, track, and resolve issues, risks, and action items.
• Plan and estimate task timelines.
• Provide ongoing training on OnBase tools and techniques.
