Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Amazon Connect Architect to design and implement enterprise-grade cloud contact center solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep AWS expertise, strong architectural judgment, and hands-on experience with contact center platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement AWS-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect
• Build and scale proof-of-concepts into enterprise-ready solutions
• Define and implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• Integrate CI/CD pipelines and manage version control workflows
• Monitor and troubleshoot production environments using tools such as Splunk, Datadog, and CloudWatch
• Integrate conversational AI, speech analytics, and GenAI/LLM capabilities for agent assist, summarization, and knowledge retrieval

 

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or Java
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or equivalent cloud contact center platforms
• Strong expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code principles
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (Bitbucket, Git)
• Experience with AWS networking and application architecture
• Strong understanding of contact center operations
• AI skills: conversational AI, speech analytics, GenAI/LLM integration with responsible AI practices

 

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of voice technologies (WebRTC), call recording, and telephony platforms
• Experience with Splunk, Datadog, and CloudWatch for monitoring and production support

Plano, TX — 5 Days Onsite (Day 1 onsite required)

Contract engagement. Candidates must be available to work onsite from Day 1. Non-local candidates must provide relocation justification.
