Sales Account Executive

Alexandra Geczi PLLC is a boutique family law firm serving women navigating divorce and family-law matters. The Sales Account Executive conducts empathetic consultations, assesses prospective clients’ needs, sells high-value legal services, manages client onboarding, maintains CRM records, and builds referral relationships while ensuring a smooth handoff to the legal team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial phone/video consultations with potential clients, understand what they're facing, and help them see clearly how the firm can help. In-person consultations happen only by client request, in limited situations
• Gather the essential facts, timeline, and goals of each case to hand off to attorneys with clarity and care
• Sell high-value legal services with a consultative, empathy-first approach — meeting people where they are, not pushing them somewhere they're not ready to go
• Build and nurture relationships with referral partners (therapists, financial planners) who share our commitment to supporting women through transition
• Own the client welcome experience and ensure a smooth, reassuring handoff to the legal team
• Keep accurate, organized records of all client interactions and follow-ups in the firm's CRM
• Check in at key milestones (e.g., the first 30 days) to make sure new clients feel supported and set up for success
• Be the calm, compassionate, professional first voice a prospective client hears — the embodiment of what makes this firm different

Requirements:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience, ideally in legal, financial services, or another high-ticket, high-trust field
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Genuine empathy and high emotional intelligence — this is non-negotiable
• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Clio Grow, GoHighLevel)
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven, accountable environment
• This position is mostly remote, with limited appearances at the firm's Dallas-Fort Worth office. Relocation assistance is not offered. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, not required
