Sales Representative - Leadership Development (Remote-CB)

Globe Life American Income Division: Fisher Organization is seeking motivated individuals to join its remote sales team and leadership development track. The Sales Representative will meet with clients virtually, identify their insurance needs, present benefit and life insurance solutions, build relationships, follow a structured sales process, and develop toward mentoring and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Meet virtually with individuals and families
• Identify client needs and present appropriate benefit and life insurance solutions
• Conduct virtual sales presentations and follow up with prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Learn and follow a structured sales process
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
• Develop communication, sales, and leadership skills
• Work toward individual performance and development goals
• As you progress, develop the skills needed to mentor and support others
