IS Project Manager

Everest Consultants is recruiting for a confidential client seeking an IS Project Manager to manage medium-sized information technology projects. The role plans and guides project teams, manages stakeholders and expectations, and maintains project plans and documentation, with a focus on healthcare and biomedical engineering projects.

Responsibilities:

• The IS Project Manager position manages one or more medium projects in Information Technology. They plan, organize, and guide teams to execute project tasks efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring successful outcomes
• Performs essential functions of the position; other duties may be assigned and considered essential
• Develops project plans aligned with the organization's strategic plans and objectives
• Builds support and influences decisions to ensure alignment with common objectives
• Manages expectations of ministries, hospitals, clinics, or clients from project initiation through post-live
• Develops and secures approval for project charters, plans, and work breakdown schedules
• Manages stakeholders and multiple project teams within multiple projects
• Conducts root cause analyses and develops process improvement plans
• Maintains all project artifacts and documentation

Requirements:

• Must demonstrate specific project experience in healthcare and biomedical engineering domains
• Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively multitask
• Prefer biomedicalclinical engineering experience
• Experience working within large healthcare systems, hospital activations, and/or biomedical Engineering
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive‐level communication skills
• Detail‐oriented, with the ability to create and maintain complex documentation, schedules, presentations, and other program artifacts
