Description

Collaborate with traders, sales, operations, and technology teams to gather and document business requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed user stories and drive delivery within an Agile framework.
Ensure alignment of solutions with strategic trading and operational objectives.
Utilize pricing and valuation platforms for effective trade lifecycle management.
Integrate market data and manage front-office booking systems.
Maintain strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Elicit and document business requirements for trading operations.

Qualifications

10 years of Business Analysis experience within Capital Markets.
Deep knowledge of FICC products and trade lifecycle processes.
Experience with trading platforms and valuation tools.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
