Mechanical Engineering - Recent Grad/Full Time

The Mechanical Engineer will support the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies, collaborating with cross-functional teams and conducting analysis, testing, and validation to ensure product performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define mechanical requirements and specifications
• Assist in the design and development of mechanical systems, components, and assemblies
• Conduct analysis and simulations to ensure product performance and reliability
• Support the testing and validation of mechanical designs
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
• Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2026- July 2027
• Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire
• Candidates must be authorized to legally work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
• Motivated to drive improvements in a substantial environment
• Ability to convey subtle or complex messages clearly, as appropriate for the topic and audience
• People who are results-oriented and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done, do things before being asked by others or necessary to by event
• Experience in Mathcad / Matlab, AutoCAD, Robotic, Project Management etc
• Experience with mechanical design projects or internships
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
• Familiarity with product testing and validation processes
