Senior Product Manager- Growth

Vida Health is a virtual, personalized obesity care provider combining technology with healthcare professionals to support patients managing obesity and related conditions. Vida is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead execution and continuous improvement across member onboarding and retention, driving engagement, activation, and health outcomes. The role partners with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Clinical, Marketing, and other teams to run experiments, improve the member journey, and contribute to the next-generation personalized experience.

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth and onboarding across landing page, eligibility, and onboarding for Vida Health’s core member funnel
• Devise experiments based on rigorous, thoughtful, data-backed hypotheses
• Iterate on experiments by analyzing results and addressing new bottlenecks
• Re-architect onboarding to reduce early drop-off and drove lift in registration
• Own the member growth product backlog and support roadmap development: prioritize, scope, ship, and measure improvements to early experience (landing pages, onboarding, first clinical visit)
• Drive A/B testing and rapid experimentation to improve engagement, activation, and retention metrics
• Manage bug triage and quality for the member experience; ensure a reliable, performant product
• Partner with Engineering and Design to maintain product velocity, unblock delivery, and manage technical tradeoffs
• Translate client requests and stakeholder input into well-scoped product work without compromising member experience quality
• Own member experience metrics, including engagement, retention, churn, activation rate, and NPS
• Build, maintain, and report on dashboards in Looker and PostHog; establish regular data review cadence and ensure learnings are socialized
• Analyze user behavior to identify friction points, drop-off patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Design and interpret experiments; bring data-informed recommendations to product and leadership forums
• Work closely with Design to develop and iterate on UX improvements and ensure member-first thinking in all product decisions
• Partner with Clinical Teams to ensure product changes support care delivery, medication management, and coaching workflows
• Collaborate with other PM's to ensure seamless handoff from enrollment into the core experience
• Coordinate with marketing to improve re-engagement and lifecycle messaging
• Socialize updates and learnings clearly and consistently with cross-functional partners across the organization
• Contribute to the Vida 2.0 vision by surfacing insights from current product performance, member feedback, and competitive analysis
• Help stand up user research infrastructure: recruit participants, support moderated testing, synthesize findings
• Support concept validation and prototype testing for next-generation member experiences
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree at a minimum
• 3-5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years shipping consumer or patient-facing digital products
• Proven track record improving engagement, retention, or activation metrics in a mobile or web product
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, product analytics tools (Looker, PostHog, Amplitude, or similar), and A/B testing frameworks
• Experience running the full product lifecycle: discovery, scoping, shipping, measuring, iterating
• Excellent cross-functional communication: able to work effectively with Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Business stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
• Clear, concise writer who can turn complexity into actionable product artifacts
• Healthcare or digital health experience: chronic care, telehealth, behavior change programs, GLP-1 management, or similar
• Experience with personalization, recommendation systems, or AI/ML-powered product features
• Familiarity with behavioral design frameworks (BJ Fogg, COM-B, habit formation, nudge theory)
• Experience with React Native or mobile app development workflows
• Background in B2B2C products where you have balanced end-user experience with enterprise client needs
