Account Manager for CoverIT Device Protection

Tech Care Partners LLC, doing business as CoverIT Device Protection, provides extended device protection warranties for managed service providers, backed by AIG Insurance. The Account Manager serves as the primary day-to-day contact for affiliates, supporting onboarding, relationship management, marketing, claims review, portal feedback, and program administration.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard and train new CoverIT affiliates on the program, tools, and processes
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for affiliates — answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support
• Help affiliates sell and embed CoverIT device protection into their offerings, acting as a trusted resource and advocate
• Help build and grow the affiliate pipeline through targeted outreach and maintain the sales pipeline tool
• Manage prospective-affiliate email marketing lists and campaigns using Zoho and Yamm
• Monitor the CoverIT Portal to ensure it's always user friendly for affiliates. Gather affiliate feedback on portal pain points and enhancement needs, and relay to TCP management
• Review monthly claims submissions from affiliates to ensure the claims adhere to AIG coverages
• Flag any claims which do not comply and review with TCP management
• Update and expand the extended warranty SKU catalog as new product categories are added and other edits are needed
• Submit monthly CoverIT contract sales data to AIG so AIG can invoice TCP for the insurance premiums
• Partner with the TCP Finance Manager to invoice affiliates accurately and on time for CoverIT contracts sold the prior month

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Comfort learning and using sales pipeline and email marketing tools
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset — you'll be the face of CoverIT to our affiliates
• Detail-oriented, great planning and follow-up skills
• Onsite at Lexington KY HQ offices (or remote work for qualified candidates)
• Travel: Little to none. Possible attendance at 1–2 industry conferences per year
• Prior experience in a client-facing or account management role preferred
• Any experience in the insurance industry a plus but not required
• College degree helpful but not required
