Senior Project Manager

Investigo is partnering with a mission-driven accessibility technology company that provides FCC-certified captioning solutions for individuals with hearing loss. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, cross-functional technology and business initiatives, manage project delivery, and support product launches, software implementations, and enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex technology and business initiatives from planning through execution
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, budgets, and dependencies
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
• Facilitate Agile project ceremonies and drive cross-functional alignment
• Provide executive-level project status reporting and communications
• Support product launches, software implementations, and operational improvement initiatives
• Contribute to PMO best practices, governance, and project delivery standards

Requirements:

• 7+ years of project management experience
• Experience leading software development, IT, digital transformation, or product-focused initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive outcomes across multiple teams
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• PMP and/or Agile certifications
• Experience working in highly regulated industries
• Background partnering with Product and Engineering teams
