Job Title: .NET Lead with AWS

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Lead with strong expertise in AWS cloud technologies to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, architectural decision-making, and mentoring of development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end application development using .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / C#.
Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging AWS services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, IAM).
Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into robust solutions.
Guide and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding, design, and cloud deployment.
Oversee integration of REST APIs, microservices, and modern front-end frameworks.
Ensure application performance, security, and reliability in cloud-native environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core / C#.
Proven expertise in AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, RDS, IAM).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database concepts (SQL Server / RDBMS).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
