Interview:
Candidate must be fully prepared for an in-person interview on short notice if requested by the client. The interview will most likely be conducted via Microsoft Teams, but in-person availability is required.

Job Description:

Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Batch Processes, LWC, and Aura.
Build declarative solutions using Advanced Flows, Custom Objects, Validation Rules, and Security Controls.
Troubleshoot complex application issues, performance bottlenecks, and data integration problems.
Develop clean, well-documented code and robust test classes with 75 80%+ code coverage.
Participate in peer code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
Manage sandboxes, application lifecycles, and deployments using GitHub and CI/CD tools.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
3+ years of Salesforce Platform development experience.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security architecture, and data migration tools.
Must be willing and able to work onsite in Columbus, OH.
