Data Analyst.

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is recruiting for a leading healthcare-industry client. The Data Analyst will perform data analysis, processing, manipulation, mining, validation, and quality assurance while supporting provider data management, ETL processes, cloud infrastructure, and production systems. The role also requires hands-on work with SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, ActiveBatch, Control-M, and programming technologies including Python, Java, and C#.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis and data processing
• Develop and work with advanced SQL, SSIS, and SSRS
• Work with Microsoft SQL Server / SQL Developer
• Perform data manipulation and data mining
• Conduct data validation, quality assurance testing, and troubleshooting of system issues
• Work with scheduling tools such as ActiveBatch and Control-M
• Support ETL processes and data quality initiatives
• Work within a production cloud infrastructure
• Utilize programming/data technologies such as Python, Java, C#, and SQL
• Work with provider data and support provider data management initiatives
• Strong communication skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to identify issues, analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions

Requirements:

• Provider Data Automation specifically as their primary recent role
• Deep hands-on SSIS/SSRS in the most recent positions
• Detailed Active Batch administration/configuration
• Specific Medicaid Provider Registration / Network Adequacy / Credentialing project experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree related field or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree's related field or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Experience managing projects or heavy involvement in project implementation
• Healthcare experience is preferred
• 6+ years of statistical or data analysis experience preferred
• 6+ years of statistical analysis or data analysis experience or 3+ years of HEDIS data analysis experience including measurement and rates impacted
• 6+ years of statistical analysis or 3+ years of related IT experience, including data warehouse, coding or ETL experience
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Encounters experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in underwriting analysis (preferred in pharmacy or medical field), or 6+ years of experience in data analysis, or financial reporting/auditing, data warehouse, coding, or predictive analytics
