Business Analyst - ServiceNow

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business by combining cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery to support digital transformation. The ServiceNow Business Analyst defines and designs customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform, translates business requirements into technical specifications, coordinates stakeholders, and ensures projects are well documented and delivered with quality.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops
• Maintain documentations and Knowledge articles
• Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
• Serves as the single point of contact for all sprint work for the other BA/BPCs on the team
• Help to direct more junior members of the team
• Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies

Requirements:

• Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM
• Able to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong project and situational awareness
• Strong communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
• Self-starter
• Able to travel of at least 25%
• Certified System Administrator preferred
• Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
