Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst III to support the PMMT Enhancements project. The analyst will translate business needs into technical requirements, ensure systems conform to specifications, and serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams. The role requires onsite presence starting in October and will require the use of GLIDER for assessment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, translate, and document business needs into clear technical requirements.


• Influence, gather information, challenge assumptions, and interrogate data across multiple lines of business.


• Produce frequent reporting on critical risk, performance, and operational measures.


• Partner with stakeholders, data providers, and enterprise teams to source data and metrics for technology and enterprise scorecards.


• Reconcile data variances from multiple sources and present complex findings tailored to diverse audiences.


• Act as liaison between business units and software or hardware developers and vendors.


• Identify and implement process control improvements to enhance reporting and analytics workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Reporting and analytics experience with advanced Excel skills, including VBA, and proficiency in SQL or similar tools.


• Proficiency with the MS Office suite and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.


• Ability to interpret, aggregate, and simplify large data sets for executive-ready outputs.


• Strong verbal and written communication with demonstrated relationship management skills.


• Ability to manage multiple deliverables with extreme attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.


• Onsite availability starting in October and willingness to complete GLIDER assessment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Tableau, MicroStrategy, or comparable business intelligence tools.


• Data manipulation experience across multiple systems of record and database tools.


• Strong business acumen in financial services and technology functions.


• Ability to translate user needs into actionable reporting deliverables.
