Remote Customer Service Representative | Training Provided

Globe Life is seeking remote, entry-level professionals to support individuals and families with benefits education, enrollment, and ongoing client service. The role involves virtual client consultations, answering coverage questions, maintaining client records, assisting with insurance applications, and providing continued support after enrollment.

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits
• Listen carefully to client questions, concerns, and priorities
• Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service
• Answer benefit and coverage questions clearly
• Explain information in easy-to-understand language
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
• Assist existing clients with applicable policy-related service needs
• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Manage appointments and follow-up activities
• Build lasting relationships through trust, professionalism, and dependable service
• Conducting virtual benefit consultations
• Explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Identifying individual and family protection needs
• Helping clients compare available coverage options
• Making needs-based recommendations
• Assisting eligible clients with applications and enrollment
• Completing required documentation
• Assisting with beneficiary information
• Conducting applicable policy and benefit reviews
• Providing ongoing support after enrollment

Requirements:

• Previous insurance experience is not required
• Remote work offers flexibility, but successful representatives also demonstrate consistency, organization, accountability, and self-discipline
• You do not need to already hold an insurance license when you apply
• Because representatives discuss and enroll clients in insurance products, candidates must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting activities that require licensure
