Remote Customer Service Associate | No Experience Needed

Globe Life AO serves working families by providing supplemental insurance and financial protection options. The Remote Customer Service Associate connects with clients who have requested benefits information, explains coverage options, guides them through applications and enrollment, and provides ongoing policy support. The role is fully remote and includes training, mentorship, and licensing guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments
• Connect with individuals who have requested information
• Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
• Build professional, long-term client relationships
• Provide a friendly, personalized client experience
• Educate clients about available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
• Explain coverage options clearly and professionally
• Answer questions and help clients understand their choices
• Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs
• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
• Explain next steps and required documentation
• Follow up with clients throughout the enrollment process
• Assist existing clients with policy-related questions
• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate
• Assist with beneficiary updates
• Maintain accurate digital client records
• Manage appointments and follow-up communications
• Provide professional service before, during, and after enrollment

• • Be willing to participate in required training and professional development
• • Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before performing activities requiring a license
• • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense
