SAP Cloud Managed Services Sales Executive

JTSi is a federal government consulting firm that provides technical services to the Federal Government. The company is seeking an experienced SAP Cloud Managed Services Sales Executive to drive new business, develop customer relationships, build sales pipelines, and sell recurring cloud and application managed-services solutions. The role works with technical and delivery teams on solution development, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new cloud managed services opportunities
• Develop relationships with prospective customers, technology partners, and industry contacts
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from initial outreach through contract award
• Sell recurring managed services involving cloud infrastructure, application support, operations, monitoring, security, and service management
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer environments, challenges, budgets, and purchasing processes
• Collaborate with solution architects, technical SMEs, delivery teams, and leadership to develop solutions, presentations, proposals, and pricing
• Present managed-services capabilities and business value to technical and executive stakeholders
• Support proposal development, contract negotiations, Statements of Work, and service-level discussions
• Maintain accurate opportunity, activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts in the CRM
• Develop account plans and strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
• Represent JTSi at industry events, partner meetings, and customer engagements
• Remain current on cloud managed services, hyperscaler platforms, SAP solutions, and relevant market trends

Requirements:

• Remote with potential for occasional travel. Travel is mandatory
• US Citizen
• • Demonstrated success selling cloud managed services and solutions, application managed services, infrastructure services, or related IT solutions. Minimum of 5 years sales experience
• • Proven ability to develop new business and manage opportunities through the complete sales cycle
• • Established record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
• • Experience building pipelines through prospecting, networking, referrals, partners, and account development
• • Understanding of recurring managed-services models, SLAs, SOWs, pricing, renewals, and customer-support requirements
• • Ability to communicate technical service offerings in clear business terms
• • Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-management, and executive-communication skills
• • Ability to work effectively with technical, delivery, finance, contracts, and leadership teams
• • Experience maintaining reliable CRM records and revenue forecasts
• • Experience selling SAP managed services, SAP cloud hosting, SAP Basis support, SAP Migrations, SAP S/4HANA services, or SAP application management services
• • Familiarity with SAP RISE model
• • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, private cloud, or hybrid-cloud environments
• • Existing relationships within the SAP, cloud, MSP, or enterprise IT market
• • Experience selling to regulated industries or government customers
• • Knowledge of ITIL, service delivery, incident management, cloud operations, and SLA-based support models
• • Experience working with cloud providers, SAP partners, systems integrators, or technology alliances
