AI Prompt Designer

Bright Vision Technologies is a technology consulting and software development company delivering cloud, AI, data, and enterprise solutions across the United States. The AI Prompt Designer will lead the strategy, patterns, and tooling for prompt design, agentic workflows, and LLM-based application architectures, while developing reusable design patterns, evaluation frameworks, and developer tooling. The role also applies modern LLM techniques responsibly across production use cases and supports technical direction across teams.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the strategy, patterns, and tooling for designing prompts, agentic workflows, and LLM-based application architectures across the organization
• Build reusable design patterns, evaluation frameworks, and developer tooling that scale across many teams and use cases
• Apply deep practical mastery of modern LLMs to production LLM-powered products
• Exercise strong judgment about when and how to apply different LLM techniques responsibly
