Description:

AgreeYa is a global Systems Integrator and is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / QA with strong expertise in lending and loan lifecycle management.

The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, and QA teams to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. This role requires expertise in business process modeling, user journey mapping, data analysis, backlog management, testing strategy, and end-to-end loan lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and document detailed business cases, including problem statements, business objectives, benefits, risks, and success metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to drive requirement clarification and alignment.
• Create and maintain customer journey diagrams and process flow documentation.
• Develop business capability maps to identify process gaps and future-state opportunities.
• Design wireframes, UI mockups, and user interaction workflows to support business requirements.
• Analyze user experience and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain data flow diagrams across systems and applications.
• Ensure business and technical requirements are aligned with enterprise data standards.
• Manage Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog, including epics, features, user stories, and tasks.
• Prioritize requirements based on business value, risk, and delivery timelines.
• Track delivery progress through KPI dashboards and reporting metrics.
• Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Define and execute test strategies to ensure solution quality and business readiness.
• Develop functional, integration, UAT, regression, and smoke testing approaches.
• Create and maintain regression and smoke test suites.
• Coordinate with QA teams and business stakeholders to validate delivered functionality.
• Ensure defects are properly documented, tracked, and resolved.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of lending, loan origination, loan servicing, and banking processes.
• Experience creating business cases, process maps, journey diagrams, and capability models .
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog management.
• Experience designing wireframes, mockups, and functional specifications.
• Strong understanding of data flows, data dictionaries, and system integrations.
• Experience defining and executing testing strategies, regression testing, and UAT.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Education Required:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
