Senior Product Manager

Yassir is a super app company offering on-demand services including ride-hailing, last-mile delivery, and financial services. The Senior Product Manager will lead customer communication products and other initiatives, overseeing product strategy, lifecycle management, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies for customer communication scope and other initiatives to improve customer’s experience
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from conception through launch and beyond, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to inform product strategy and feature development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, Ops, engineering, and design to deliver high-impact products
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively, particularly in a remote setup, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives
• Foster a culture of innovation and resourcefulness, continuously seeking new ideas and approaches to enhance our product
• Manage the day-to-day routines, including agile ceremonies, backlog management, project and program management, OKRs, etc

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven work experience (5+ years) as a product manager in the tech industry
• Generalist profile / Well-rounded in product management
• Good strategic thinking
• Highly autonomous
• Flexible
• Self-driven with very strong bias to action
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in business related field is a plus
• Previous experience managing Associate Product Managers is a plus
