Project Manager

JLL is seeking a Project Manager to deliver capital improvement projects for a dedicated client account. The role oversees programming, planning, design, construction, and project closeout while managing budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, contractors, and client relationships across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project-specific goals, schedules, budgets, and execution strategies to support successful project delivery
• Establish project success criteria and ensure alignment with both client expectations and JLL standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining strong relationships and clear communication
• Guide stakeholders through the design and implementation process, including conceptual planning, design development, construction documentation, and approvals
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitor milestones and critical path activities, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies
• Coordinate due diligence activities and ensure all required project documentation is complete, accurate, and delivered on time
• Prepare and manage RFP processes for contractors and vendors, including bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contract coordination
• Oversee vendor, contractor, and project team performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and client expectations
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support the refinement of best practices and standards of excellence across JLL

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, real estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate real estate, project management, or construction management environments
• Practical experience working with ADA requirements and construction-related compliance standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and project teams
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience managing capital improvement projects within corporate, commercial real estate, or occupied office environments
• Familiarity with project management tools, scheduling software, and financial reporting processes
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and project cost control methodologies
• Experience coordinating with external consultants, contractors, and jurisdictional agencies
• Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
• Ability to identify project risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies effectively
• Experience contributing to process improvement initiatives and operational best practices
