Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, delivering technology products and services through its retail operations. The VSOC Manager will establish and lead Victra’s security operations center, owning the physical security alert lifecycle, developing risk-based triage and escalation criteria, and overseeing monitoring operations. The role also leads emergency responses, manages security technology exceptions, and provides actionable risk assessments to field and store leadership.
