AO Globe Life provides supplemental benefit programs to working-class families nationwide. The company is seeking an entry-level customer service professional to conduct virtual client consultations, guide families through benefit options, support enrollment, maintain documentation, and build long-term client relationships remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
• Guide individuals and families through available benefit options with clarity and professionalism
• Support clients throughout the enrollment process
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and manage follow-up communication
• Deliver exceptional client service and build long-term relationships
• Participate in ongoing mentorship, training, and team development
