Growth Marketing Manager

Eventeny is an event technology company that provides tools for managing large-scale festivals and conventions. The Growth Marketing Manager will drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement through data-driven strategies, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration while optimizing the customer funnel and scaling high-performing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, conference, and partnership channels
• Own brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives
• Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts across landing pages, messaging, email flows, ads, and product experiences
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling growth-focused campaigns and assets
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, ad performance, and ROI
• Research customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategy
• Manage marketing automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting infrastructure
• Lead and evolve the growth marketing division by establishing priorities, processes, and performance standards
• Mentor and develop team talent through coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities
• Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across the team

Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and prioritize opportunities
• Experience managing digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, SEO, or partnerships
• A master of conversion rate optimization, attribution, and funnel analytics
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Experience managing and mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product
• Possesses a growth mindset & is hypothesis-driven
• Genuinely interested in the event industry and new technologies

• U.S. work authorization is required
