Senior Staffing Sales / Account Manager

The company is seeking an experienced staffing sales and account management professional to manage assigned job orders, communicate with clients, advance candidates through the hiring process, generate interviews, and close placements.

Responsibilities:

• Work a structured, full-time schedule
• Respond quickly when candidates are available
• Communicate directly with clients
• Conduct client phone and Teams meetings
• Follow a defined sales and follow-up cadence
• Follow up aggressively on candidate submissions
• Generate interviews from the jobs assigned to you
• Move candidates through the process
• Ask for the business and close placements
• Document your activities in our systems
• Follow our established process rather than simply doing things your own way
