Project Manager (Traveling Warrior)

Capital ProSolutions is seeking traveling Project Managers to lead client-site projects in fast-moving and ambiguous environments. The role involves creating actionable plans, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks, aligning stakeholders, and communicating project progress and recommendations while traveling approximately 85% of the time.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects from kickoff through completion in fast-moving, often ambiguous environments
• Challenge conventional approaches and develop practical solutions to complex problems
• Turn unclear objectives into actionable plans, priorities, and ownership
• Travel to client sites to lead execution and keep delivery on track
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks as conditions evolve
• Align clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams around decisions and next steps
• Communicate progress, obstacles, and recommendations through clear project reports and executive updates

Requirements:

• Proven experience leading projects from start to finish
• An ability to think outside the box—and turn ideas into results
• The audacity to ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions, and make informed decisions without a complete playbook
• Strong judgment and the ability to lead confidently through persistent ambiguity
• The flexibility to change direction as new information emerges
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Availability to travel approximately 85% of the time
• Ability to operate independently as a 1099 contractor
• H-1B visa sponsorship is not available at this time
• Experience with large e-retailers or high-volume fulfillment operations preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
• PMP certification is a plus, but not required
