Growth Marketing Lead

Waggle is a pet safety company offering connected pet monitors and cameras for pet owners. The Growth Marketing Lead will own the full growth engine for mywaggle.com, including Shopify sales strategy, CRO, SEO/AEO, content, email, and referral marketing, while directing execution by the India-based growth marketing team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the Shopify sales strategy for Waggle's Pet and RV safety product lines
• Own the overall strategy, content, and conversion rate optimization roadmap for mywaggle.com, against defined sales targets
• Partner with Waggle's in-house performance marketing team and agency partners to boost overall ROAS across the Shopify site
• Own Waggle's organic SEO/AEO strategy for online sale of its Pet and RV safety product lines
• Drive ranking growth on branded and non-branded keywords to boost organic sales
• Own the content marketing strategy that supports SEO/AEO and organic growth goals
• Create and own Waggle's referral marketing strategy end to end
• Drive NPS score as a leading indicator of referral program health
• Achieve referral marketing sales targets
• Direct execution across Waggle's 5-member India-based growth marketing team, coordinating day to day through the India Marketing Lead as single point of contact
• Orchestrate cohesive marketing and messaging across ad campaigns, email, and website/social channels

Requirements:

• 7+ years in digital/D2C marketing, with at least 2–3 years leading a Shopify growth marketing team
• Strong digital marketing and D2C fundamentals — Google Analytics, SEO, attribution/measurement, paid search and social
• Hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) skills — A/B testing, landing page and PDP optimization, funnel analysis, and site experience improvements that directly move CVR
• Proven ability to orchestrate website pages and experiences for sale events and CRO programs
• Strong performance marketing fundamentals across Meta, Google Ads, Bing, and TikTok
• Experience working with global marketing teams and partner/agency relationships across time zones
• A genuine passion for consumer marketing and the craft of orchestrating slick, consistent messaging across ads, email, and website/social channels
• Genuinely hands-on — comfortable personally making changes on Shopify, SEO/content, and email/campaign platforms on a need basis, not only directing others, especially when speed matters more than a handoff
• A pet parent yourself — you understand pet owners' perspective, pain points, and needs firsthand, and bring that lens to every strategy and campaign decision
