Account Executive, Enterprise Sales

Poka is a connected worker platform company helping industrial and manufacturing teams capture knowledge and improve frontline performance. The Enterprise Account Executive will drive new business with manufacturers, manage the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle, build value-based business cases, and collaborate with internal teams to support customer success and market growth.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, outbound prospecting, and collaboration with the Sales Development team
• Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and needs analysis through product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, and close
• Build strong business cases tailored to each prospect’s operational priorities, demonstrating the value and impact of Poka’s platform
• Partner closely with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and long-term value realization
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and account activity within Salesforce
• Share customer insights and market feedback with leadership to help shape go-to-market strategy and product direction
• Contribute to lead generation initiatives and campaigns by leveraging customer knowledge and industry trends
• Represent Poka at trade shows, industry events, networking opportunities, and virtual conferences

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales or a comparable Account Executive role
• Proven experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally within manufacturing, industrial technology, or digital transformation environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both written and spoken
• Confidence leading complex sales conversations with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
• A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
• An understanding of English is essential at Poka, as it is the language used during company-wide meetings and many internal communications, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making
• In addition, as Poka operates in an international environment, English is the primary language for communicating with our clients and partners, enabling us to better serve them and represent Poka in a professional manner
