Senior Product Manager, Toast Now

Toast creates technology that helps restaurants and local businesses operate, increase sales, engage customers, and keep employees happy. The Senior Product Manager will own a strategic domain within Toast Now, driving the roadmap and delivering a best-in-class mobile experience for restaurant managers. The role involves customer research, cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and end-to-end product execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the roadmap for your area of Toast Now, reimagining how restaurant managers engage with Toast on mobile
• Work closely with engineers and designers to concept, prototype, ship, measure, and iterate on product features
• Define and deliver outcomes in your product area—owning success metrics and driving product changes that create measurable improvements in customer value and product economics
• Research and engage deeply with customers—whether through direct conversations, sales interactions, or support calls
• Operate at both strategic and executional levels, translating vision into detailed product requirements and cross-functional execution plans
• Champion customer needs internally by building strong relationships across teams, influencing decisions on related initiatives with data and insights

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager at a Senior level, ideally with mobile product experience
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions
• Exceptional ability to build relationships across engineering, design, marketing, and other product teams
• Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and influence decisions across teams working on related initiatives
• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with ambiguity and capable of turning vision into execution
