Staff Product Designer

Wonder is a mealtime platform that combines dishes from multiple restaurants and operates the technology and dining experience end to end. The Staff Product Designer will lead end-to-end design for two new AI consumer products across web and mobile, establish design systems, shape ambiguous user journeys, and collaborate closely with engineering and product leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end design across web, iOS, and Android, from first sketch through production
• Create and manage the design systems for both products
• Design the complex journeys that have no reference yet, from prompt to restaurant to an agent that decides what someone eats
• Set the visual bar for everything the products touch, from product UI to marketing site to packaging
• Ship with engineers weekly

Requirements:

• 5+ years designing and shipping consumer products across web and native mobile, including iOS and Android
• A portfolio that shows impeccable taste, systems thinking, and end-to-end design
• The instinct to make decisions without waiting to be asked and to think on your feet under pressure
• Experience leading complex product work in close partnership with product, engineering, and design leadership
• Experience shaping ambiguous, strategic problem spaces and driving clarity through design
• A track record of influencing cross-functional teams and product direction through clear storytelling
• The ability to move fluidly between big-picture thinking and interaction-level craft
