Sales Development Representative

MOTION RX is a performance-focused physical therapy company dedicated to helping athletes and active adults return to the sports and activities they love without pain. The Sales Development Representative will drive new patient and partner growth by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, scheduling consultations, maintaining CRM records, and building relationships with community organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Conversion/Follow Up
• Follow up with new leads in a fast and efficient time frame (within 5-10min of opt in) generated through marketing efforts
• All new inbound leads are contacted within 2-3 minutes of opt in
• All inbound leads are contacted 3x/day for the first 3 days, then 2x/day for the next 2 days with the appropriate frequency
• Qualify and nurture leads by understanding their needs and educating them on how our services can help through an empathetic and effective sales process
• Effectively convert leads into scheduled evaluations by confidently communicating the value of our services
• Track leads, interactions, and conversions using our clinic’s CRM
• Sales Objection Handling
• Effectively handle any objections and questions on insurance vs. out of network for the initial evaluation
• Administrative (Scheduling & Coordination)
• Manage patient scheduling/rescheduling/cancellations
• Respond to inter-team communication in slack within 5minutes
• Manage correspondences with client via phone and email in a fast & efficient manner
• Maintain accurate & up to date tracking in reporting sheets & CRM daily & weekly

• Attend & be present in all team meeting

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospective clients
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Sales skills to build rapport, present services clearly, and convert leads into booked evaluations
• Ability to use CRM or sales tracking tools, manage a structured follow-up process, and report on key metrics and outcomes
• Comfort engaging with athletes and active adults, with interest or experience in sports, fitness, or healthcare preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Exceptional attention to detail in clinical environments where errors have consequences for patient safety
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple locations simultaneously
• Healthcare software proficiency (or quick learning ability) with systems like Go High Level
• Comfortable working remotely in US (EST) hours while maintaining strong presence and accountability across physical locations
• Self-starter who manages schedule, priorities, and deadlines without requiring direct supervision
• Highly resourceful problem-solver who learns new tools and systems quickly
• associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
