Manager, Product

Modern Campus empowers educational institutions with technology spanning the modern learner journey. The Product Manager leads product strategy, roadmap, development, and adoption across the portfolio while partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that improve engagement, operational efficiency, and student success.

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business objectives and customer needs
• Leverage customer feedback, market intelligence, competitive research, and product analytics to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with UX, Engineering, Data, AI, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Own and prioritize the product backlog
• Define KPIs and success metrics and use data to drive decisions
• Drive product launches and change management activities
• Evaluate AI, automation, and emerging technology opportunities
• Act as the voice of the customer and subject matter expert

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 4+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or SaaS experience
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong analytics, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive outcomes
• Higher education technology experience
• AI-enabled product experience
• Experience with product analytics tools
• CSPO or similar certification
