You will own the security and GRC agenda across a complex SAP landscape (S/4HANA, ECC, Fiori, BTP, SuccessFactors), define the target security architecture, and lead a team responsible for roles, access, SoD and compliance as part of an ongoing transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SAP security strategy and roadmap aligned with enterprise cyber and IAM.
• Lead role design, access provisioning and SoD governance across S/4HANA and cloud SAP solutions.
• Own SAP GRC Access Control configuration, rulesets and workflows; integrate with enterprise IAM and ServiceNow.
• Partner with architects and workstream leads on S/4HANA transformation, Fiori enablement and BTP extensions.
• Manage a team of security analysts and GRC specialists; drive continuous improvement and automation.

Profile

• 10+ years in SAP security, with deep hands on experience in S/4HANA, GRC, Fiori and SuccessFactors.
• Proven track record leading security workstreams in large transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management at CIO/CISO/programme director level.
• Experience building and leading security teams is essential.
