Remote Senior Meta Media Buyer for Digital Marketing Agency

Limitless Agency is a performance-driven digital marketing agency expanding from SEO and organic strategy into paid acquisition. The Senior Meta Media Buyer will build and own the Meta paid media function across the agency and two consumer brands, managing strategy, execution, testing, optimization, tracking, creative direction, funnels, reporting, and operational systems.

Responsibilities:

• Own Meta Ads Manager strategy and execution across the agency and its owned brands
• Build, launch, test, optimize, scale, retarget, and troubleshoot lead-generation and conversion campaigns
• Manage both Instant Form and website/landing-page conversion campaigns
• Own audience strategy, campaign structure, budget allocation, testing cadence, and optimization decisions
• Monitor performance closely and make proactive changes without waiting for step-by-step direction
• Own or oversee Meta Pixel and Conversions API implementation and troubleshooting
• Use GA4 and Google Tag Manager to validate tracking and understand user behavior across the funnel
• Review and improve landing pages, lead funnels, forms, and conversion paths
• Diagnose whether performance issues originate in the ad, audience, offer, landing page, follow-up, or sales process
• Work within GoHighLevel to ensure lead flow, attribution, and follow-up systems support campaign performance
• Own the creative testing strategy across hooks, angles, offers, messaging, formats, and direct-response concepts
• Diagnose why creative is or isn't performing and translate data into the next testing hypothesis
• Provide clear direction and briefs to designers, copywriters, and video editors as needed
• Build a disciplined, repeatable testing process rather than relying on isolated winning ads
• Create SOPs for campaign setup, launches, optimization, scaling, tracking, QA, and troubleshooting
• Build reusable templates for campaigns, creative briefs, ad copy, testing plans, landing pages, and reporting
• Create launch and QA checklists that reduce execution errors and make the function repeatable
• Build clear reporting dashboards and communicate what the numbers mean and what should happen next
• Document cross-campaign learnings so successful strategies can be repeated across brands
• Help establish the operating system needed to eventually train or manage additional media buyers
• Tracking is working correctly across active campaigns and funnels
• Accounts, funnels, landing pages, and existing assets have been fully audited
• Baseline performance metrics are established
• A clear testing strategy is in place, with new creative/angles actively being tested
• Reporting is set up and initial SOPs/processes are being documented
• Consistent testing and optimization are happening across the portfolio
• There's a clear understanding of what's working, what isn't, and why
• Lead quality and campaign efficiency are improving based on data
• Core SOPs, templates, and QA processes are operational
• Leadership is receiving clear, proactive recommendations rather than raw reporting alone
• Qualified lead flow is becoming more consistent
• Reliable CPL, cost-per-booking, customer-acquisition, and ROAS benchmarks are being established from real data
• A repeatable creative testing process is operating consistently
• Core tracking, reporting, and paid media systems are documented and dependable
• The paid media function can scale without requiring the founder to manage day-to-day execution

Requirements:

• Schedule: Flexible, with availability required between 8:00 AM-8:00 PM CT as business needs require
• • Senior-level, hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, with deep expertise in lead generation and performance marketing
• • Demonstrated experience managing meaningful ad spend, including $10K+ monthly budgets, with strong case studies and measurable performance results
• • Experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously and prioritizing work without sacrificing quality
• • Advanced knowledge of campaign setup, testing, optimization, scaling, retargeting, audience strategy, and troubleshooting
• • Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel and Conversions API, plus working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• • Strong understanding of landing pages, lead funnels, conversion rate optimization, and full-funnel diagnosis
• • Strong direct-response instincts across hooks, angles, offers, messaging, and creative testing
• • Ability to operate independently, make decisions, and communicate recommendations clearly to leadership
• • Strong work history and evidence of stability in prior roles or long-term client engagements
