Lifecycle/Email Marketing Designer & Campaign Producer

Future Digital is a growth marketing partner for venture-backed consumer health, women’s health, wellness, family, and consumer brands. The company is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Designer & Campaign Producer to turn email and SMS strategies into polished creative and campaigns, owning design, copy development, Klaviyo production, flow builds, QA, approvals, scheduling, and campaign calendar management.

Responsibilities:

• Email creative. Design engaging, on-brand campaign and flow emails based on lifecycle strategy, campaign briefs, and approved messaging
• Copy development. Write and refine email and SMS copy in each client’s brand voice, incorporating feedback and applicable compliance requirements
• Campaign production. Build final campaigns in Klaviyo, including layouts, links, audiences, tracking, test sends, scheduling, and QA
• SMS execution. Build, review, and schedule SMS campaigns with accurate messaging, links, timing, and audience targeting
• Flow production. Design and build lifecycle flows based on strategy and copy developed with the Lifecycle Lead, preparing final builds for QA and activation
• Creative iteration. Incorporate client and internal feedback efficiently while maintaining consistency and a high creative bar
• Marketing calendar management. Keep campaign calendars current across email, SMS, and flows so the broader team has a clear view of what is launching and when
• Client coordination. Communicate campaign readiness, test sends, approvals, and creative updates clearly through Slack and other client workflows
• Quality assurance. Ensure copy, creative, links, audiences, tracking, mobile rendering, and send dates are accurate before anything goes live
• AI-enabled execution. Use AI thoughtfully to accelerate copy development, creative ideation, QA, campaign production, and other repeatable workflows while maintaining strong human judgment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, CRM, or retention marketing
• Klaviyo experience required
• Strong visual design skills and experience designing email creative, ideally in Figma
• Hands-on experience building and scheduling campaigns and flows in Klaviyo
• Strong copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices
• Understanding of email and SMS best practices, including mobile-first design, hierarchy, CTAs, deliverability, and conversion
• Strong attention to detail across copy, creative, links, segmentation, tracking, scheduling, and QA
• Comfortable working from a strategist's direction while bringing your own creative and executional judgment to the work
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple client calendars, campaigns, deadlines, and approval cycles at once
• Clear communicator who is comfortable collaborating directly with clients and internal team members
• Able to work independently in a remote agency environment and proactively move work forward
• Consumer health, women's health, wellness, family, DTC/eCommerce, or CPG experience
• Prior agency experience managing creative and production across multiple brands
• Experience with both promotional campaigns and automated lifecycle flows
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar creative tools
• Experience working within regulated or compliance-sensitive categories
• Understanding of lifecycle performance metrics and how creative, copy, offers, and segmentation influence results
• Fluency using AI to improve the speed and quality of creative and production workflows
