Partner Marketing Manager - EST

HiBob is an HR tech SaaS company building tools to bring trusted people context into the AI-powered enterprise. The company is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager, North America to grow its partner ecosystem through acquisition, engagement, and co-marketing programs that generate qualified leads and pipeline while aligning closely with sales and cross-functional marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Build the North America Partner Ecosystem: Develop full-funnel acquisition strategies to attract high-value HR Consultants and Advisors, Brokers, and Accountants. Drive digital, targeted recruitment, events, and industry programs, supported by partner-specific messaging, content, nurture, and conversion journeys
• Engage and activate partners: Build always-on communications, community, enablement, regional events, and partner experiences that deepen engagement and help partners turn their HiBob relationship into greater value for their clients and businesses
• Create pipeline with partners: Develop partner-led and joint co-marketing programs across content, digital, webinars, events, paid media, and thought leadership. Build strategic plans with priority partners around shared audiences, strengths, investment, and measurable pipeline goals
• Own execution and performance: Lead programs from strategy through launch, managing stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and execution. Measure partner engagement, leads, pipeline, and ROI, and use performance data to continuously improve results
• Drive cross-functional alignment: Partner closely with Partner Managers and Sales to align regional priorities, while orchestrating Demand Gen, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, MOPs, Creative, Content, Events, and other teams to bring programs to market

Requirements:

• 5+ years of dedicated Partner Marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS, HR technology, professional services, or another ecosystem-led business.
• Demonstrated experience building and executing full-funnel partner marketing programs, from partner acquisition and engagement through partner-led demand generation.
• Experience working directly with channel, advisory, consulting, services, referral, or similar partner models.
• Strong demand generation instincts and experience developing campaigns designed to produce measurable leads and pipeline.
• Ability to understand how different partners reach and influence their audiences and translate those strengths into effective co-marketing strategies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently move multiple programs from strategy to execution.
• Comfortable working directly with partners and building productive relationships with external stakeholders.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator who can align Partner Managers, Sales, and Marketing teams around shared priorities.
• Data-driven and commercially minded, with experience using campaign and pipeline performance to make decisions and improve results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling partner messaging.
• A proactive, creative mindset—you see gaps, bring forward ideas, and take ownership of turning them into action

• Strong preference for candidates based in the NYC metro area who can work from the office two days per week. Exceptional candidates located elsewhere in the Eastern Time Zone may be considered for remote work
