Data Analyst

ThoughtFocus is seeking a Senior Reporting/Data Analyst for a reporting transformation project migrating from Salesforce to ServiceNow and Snowflake. The role will analyze and rationalize a large reporting landscape, identify high-value reports for proof-of-concept migration, and collaborate with data engineering, architecture, and business analysis teams to establish a repeatable migration approach.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior Reporting/Data Analyst will perform detailed analysis of the client's large reporting landscape to support rationalization and migration from Salesforce to ServiceNow/Snowflake
• The role will analyze report ownership, usage, criticality, source systems, objects, fields, logic and dependencies, identify representative high-value reports for the POC, and work closely with the Data Engineer/Architect and Business Analyst to establish a repeatable approach for the broader migration

Requirements:

• 1. 5–8+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Salesforce Reporting Analyst
• 1. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, SQL, Excel, and enterprise reporting environments
• 1. Proven experience with report inventory, rationalization, dependency analysis, reverse-engineering, and output reconciliation
• 1. Experience supporting large-scale reporting migration, system transformation, or reporting modernization initiatives
• bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and/or ServiceNow reporting preferred
